Blue text bulletRegister Your Fishing Event

The Aquatic Education Program will provide materials and advertising for clinics and other educational fishing events – organized events that teach basic fishing skills and aquatic education to novice anglers. The focus of the event must be to teach fishing skills, emphasize the importance of aquatic stewardship, and allow participants to fish.

To register your fishing event, send us an E-mail. You will receive an email with an electronic registration attached. Please register each event/clinic separately.

We will process information as soon as possible, but we must receive requests 30 days prior to the event to guarantee timely posting of information and shipping of materials.

Special Note for Tournament/Derby Sponsors: A permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources is required to conduct a fishing tournament on public waters under the jurisdiction of the state. Fishing tournament applications may be obtained from your local fisheries biologist. Fishing clinics and youth fishing days are excluded.
